Man tas ļoti patīk!
Manam 9 mēnešus vecajam mazulim patīk uz tā spēlēties. Sākumā viņš baidījās, bet tagad pats kāpj augšup un lejup. Viņam tas patīk vēl vairāk, jo tie ir tik mīksti!

Thank you so much for choosing Iglu! 🐧
I never received my order. The carrier apparently tried delivering my soft play set, but someone had to be home to sign for the package which I was never made aware of prior to ordering or before shipment. I tried contacting customer service through iglu AND the carrier company to set up a delivery date, but have not heard back. Spent a lot of money for nothing.
Thank you for your honest feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration caused!
To ensure your items arrive safely and reach the correct recipient, we need a signature upon delivery.
Please rest assured that your soft play set is currently safe and secure at your local post office. You can easily reschedule a redelivery for a date that works best for you, or authorize a pickup, directly on the Redelivery Page using your tracking number.

Please add an anti-slip bottom to all the blocks. Children (5, 4, and 1 year old) have already hurt themselves while playing with the blocks that don't have an anti-slip bottom. I don't buy toys for my kids so that I have to constantly tell them which blocks they can use for climbing and which ones they can only use for building. They should be able to play freely, and the toys should be safe.
Thank you for taking the time to share your review and feedback with us. We are deeply sorry to hear that your children had an uncomfortable experience while playing with our blocks. The safety of little ones is always our highest priority.❤️
We appreciate your suggestion regarding anti-slip features. At IGLU, we design our range with distinct educational purposes in mind: some pieces feature anti-slip bases specifically for active climbing, while other, taller pieces are explicitly designed for building and stacking. For these taller shapes, an anti-slip bottom would unfortunately not prevent tipping, as the base surface area is too small relative to their height.
We would like to note that our soft play sets are explicitly rated for a Recommended Age of 6 to 36 Months. Because toddlers are still developing their balance and motor skills at this stage, we always emphasize the importance of adult supervision and assistance during play to ensure they stay safe and secure.
As a company predominantly focused on developing high-quality physical development products alongside toys, we take parental feedback seriously and will share your experience directly with our design team.
Thank you again for helping us look for ways to improve. We wish your family many safe and happy playtimes ahead.
Never received my package and they never replied on the multiple emails I sent to resolve the issue!
We are truly sorry for the frustration and communication breakdown you experienced.
Your parcel was unfortunately returned to our warehouse because the courier was unable to complete the delivery or get in touch with you. Because your previous emails did not reach our system, we weren't able to step in sooner—and for that, we sincerely apologize.
Since the package was sent back to us, we have issued a full refund to your original payment method. Thank you for allowing us to resolve this, and we appreciate your feedback as we work to improve our courier communication.
