I never received my order. The carrier apparently tried delivering my soft play set, but someone had to be home to sign for the package which I was never made aware of prior to ordering or before shipment. I tried contacting customer service through iglu AND the carrier company to set up a delivery date, but have not heard back. Spent a lot of money for nothing.

Please add an anti-slip bottom to all the blocks. Children (5, 4, and 1 year old) have already hurt themselves while playing with the blocks that don't have an anti-slip bottom. I don't buy toys for my kids so that I have to constantly tell them which blocks they can use for climbing and which ones they can only use for building. They should be able to play freely, and the toys should be safe.

We appreciate your suggestion regarding anti-slip features. At IGLU, we design our range with distinct educational purposes in mind: some pieces feature anti-slip bases specifically for active climbing, while other, taller pieces are explicitly designed for building and stacking. For these taller shapes, an anti-slip bottom would unfortunately not prevent tipping, as the base surface area is too small relative to their height.
We would like to note that our soft play sets are explicitly rated for a Recommended Age of 6 to 36 Months. Because toddlers are still developing their balance and motor skills at this stage, we always emphasize the importance of adult supervision and assistance during play to ensure they stay safe and secure.
