Wow, how dare you ask for a review? I placed my order on 08/10 and today is 08/25 and my order is nowhere to be found. When I made the purchase, the website shows delivery date is between 08/15-08/18 and today is 08/25!!!!!! No update at all. I tried to contact you on Instagram, no response either. I bought this because my daughter need it for her physical therapy aka,, I need it sooner than later. And no update on order, no reply from instagram account. Shame on you and I will be disputing with my bank, if I do not get what I paid for in 3 days.

We got the IGLU soft play set for our two kids, and it’s been one of the best purchases we’ve made. They both use it every single day—climbing, sliding, building, and just getting their energy out indoors.
I love that it’s soft and safe, but still sturdy enough to hold up to all their rough play. It gives me peace of mind while they’re playing, especially with two little ones going at the same time. It’s also super easy to wipe clean, which is a must in our house.
Another big plus is how easy it is to move around and rearrange, so it never gets boring for them.
It is a bit of an investment, but seeing how much use we get out of it makes it totally worth it. Definitely recommend for families with multiple kids!

The soft play block set is such amazing quality. I was honestly surprised at how sturdy and durable the materials feel. The colours are beautiful and vibrant, and the sizes are absolutely perfect for my little one. Delivery took 1 week and 4 days (7 working days), which was reasonable. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase!

I'm a busy mom (as most are) so when I ordered the block set and instead received a box of their balls for a ball pit, I was frustrated and worried I'd have to lug this giant box in my car and drive all the way to UPS and send it back. It was another task I shouldn't have to do. I contacted IGLU and not only did they respond super quick and sent the block set, but they let me keep the balls free of charge since it was their mistake. Both are amazing quality and my son couldn't be happier. Thank you IGLU for respecting my time and saving me the hassle. Will shop here again for sure.

The set cannot be connected without holes and the cubes keep separating and sliding on the floor regardless of the surface.
Simply disappointing for the high price.

I found Iglu through an ad on Facebook, and I was sceptical. We all know what those are like, right? Well, I'm so glad I decided to risk it and buy this set!
Shipping was fast and customer service is the best!
The blocks are amazing quality, they have a non slip bottom so kids can place the pieces and not have them slide around immediately. They also come with velcro on the underside, so you can piece the blocks together in the shape you want, and they won't move when a kid climbs on them.
I saw a lot of reviews online mentioning how small these were. I admit it would be great if the pieces were a bit bigger considering how expensive these are, however, the quality makes up for it. Easy to clean, not too slippery or grippy, very light but sturdy (I have sat on them a few times).
My 11 month old was a little behind on reaching his age appropriate milestones, but in less than a week, thanks to these, he is now climbing and getting into everything.
He loves the Iglu block set! I can't recommend these enough.
