How to tell it's real IGLU

🧊 Very durable: Genuine IGLU blocks maintain their shape and support weight without sagging. Fake shapes are made from cheap, soft foam, which can also be harmful to your child.

🧼 Easy clean-up: Wipes clean with a wet wipe, which is especially important with young children.

🧵 Precision craftsmanship: Tight, even stitching and consistent shapes that stack perfectly.

🏅 Certificates: IGLU blocks get vigourously tested and have received safety certificates in the EU, USA, Canada, and UK. Non-toxic, child-safe materials.

🇪🇺 Made in EU: IGLU blocks are made in the local Northern Europe facility.

Benefits of individual soft block shapes

🧩 Diverse Play Opportunities: Different shapes of soft blocks allow for a variety of play possibilities. Children can experiment with stacking, building, arranging, and connecting blocks in imaginative ways, promoting creativity and exploration.

🧊 Fine Motor Skills: Manipulating individual block shapes requires precise hand movements, encouraging the development of fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and finger dexterity.

🧠 Spatial Awareness: Playing with individual blocks helps children understand spatial relationships, proportions, and how objects fit together. They learn concepts like size, shape, depth, and volume.

🎓 Cognitive Development: Manipulating and arranging individual blocks stimulates cognitive skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and planning. Children make decisions about where to place each block to achieve their desired outcome.

🔤 Language and Communication: Playing with blocks often involves communication with peers. Children discuss their ideas, negotiate roles, and collaborate on building projects, enhancing language and social skills.

🌈 Creativity and Imagination: Individual block shapes can be combined in endless ways, allowing children to create unique structures, scenes, and scenarios. This fosters imaginative play and storytelling.

🔢 Mathematical Concepts: Individual blocks introduce basic math concepts like counting, sorting, matching, and comparing sizes. Children naturally engage in informal mathematical thinking as they play.

👋 Sensory Stimulation: Different textures, colors, and shapes of individual blocks provide sensory stimulation, contributing to sensory integration and exploration.

🤸‍♀️ Physical Activity: Manipulating blocks, picking them up, and arranging them involve physical movements that contribute to physical activity and gross motor skill development.

🏰 Adaptability: Individual blocks can be used in various play contexts and adapted to different skill levels, making them suitable for a wide range of ages and developmental stages.

🎉 Independent Play: Individual blocks encourage independent play, allowing children to explore and experiment at their own pace.

Perfect

Item ok, delivery a lot of trouble

Order did not arrive (as indicated on webpage shipping partner). After a lot of mailing I got a second item sent.
The day after it arrived, it turned out the shipping company located the original package (hence confirming I did not lie about not getting the package). Instead of returning it immediately to the company, they delivered it to me. After that i had to resend it (so after two days staying home and waiting for a package, then a run to a drop off point).
It cost me a lot of effort and follow up to get everything in order. Luckily the item was ok…

Perf
