-
Determination of Winners
- 5 (five) winners are determined within the Campaign.
- Winners are determined at random from among the participants who meet the participation requirements set out in the Rules and whose participation has been registered by the time of participant selection for the relevant draw. The time of participant selection for each draw is on the day specified in point 5.3 at 10:00, and the draw takes place at 9:00. Participants registered after the selection time take part only in subsequent draws. The time of participant selection for the last draw coincides with the end of the Campaign Period. Each participant in the relevant draw has one equal chance of being selected. The draw is conducted by the Organiser’s responsible person verifying the participants’ eligibility and confirming the result. The list of participants, the time of the draw, the method used and the result are documented.
-
One winner per day is determined on the following dates:
- 14 October 2026;
- 21 October 2026;
- 28 October 2026;
- 4 November 2026;
- 11 November 2026.
- A participant who has already won a prize in the Campaign does not take part in subsequent draws.
-
Informing Winners and Receiving Prizes
- The Organiser informs the winner of the draw result by sending a notice to the e-mail address used for participation in the Campaign, and by announcing on the Iglu Soft Play Instagram and Facebook.com accounts the winning participant’s unique participation identifier and the prize, without publishing the e-mail address, first name or surname. The winner’s name, image or other identifying information is published for advertising purposes only with separate voluntary consent; failure to give such consent does not affect the right to the prize.
- The winner must reply to the Organiser within 5 (five) working days from the date the notice was sent and provide the information necessary to receive the prize.
- If the winner does not reply within the time limit set out in point 6.2 of the Rules, refuses the prize, or is found not to meet the participation requirements set out in the Rules, the winner loses the right to the prize and the Organiser has the right to conduct a repeat draw among the participants of the original draw concerned, excluding the person who has lost the right to the prize and participants who have already won a prize. The same procedure for notification and receipt of the prize applies to the winner of the repeat draw. If there is no eligible participant, the Organiser publishes a notice to that effect.
- The Organiser agrees the procedure for receiving or delivering the prize with the winner. The prize is dispatched no later than 2 weeks after the information necessary to receive the prize has been received.
- The Organiser bears the costs of delivering the prize within the territory specified in point 2.2 of the Rules.
